Recruitment: A Partner of the Construction Industry Training Network

The Construction Industry Training Network (CITN) is a not-for-profit collaboration between contractors, associations, unions and training institutes. Together, CITN partners are responsible for building the majority of the construction projects in B.C. and training over 80 percent of the workforce.

The CITN offers training throughout B.C., online or directly on the job site. It offers employers and employees access to a personalized database that allows you to track employee development, and log credentials and qualifications. They sponsor apprentices, taking the burden of the paperwork and administration off the employer. Be sure to also check their course calendar on a regular basis to see what courses are being offered in your area!

By being a member of CWU, you're already a part of CITN! If CWU members are looking for work, the CITN network gives access to hundreds of employers. Also, if you're looking for training opportunities, CITN courses are available to you.
